Saturday 7th September was Finals Day and by all accounts it was a smashing day’s competition. Congratulations to all the winners and well done to the runners up for getting to the various finals.

Particularly pleasing this year was the return of our junior competitions. Margaret Chapman and Jason Lindsay, with a number of other volunteers, have worked tirelessly with the juniors each Sunday to get them handicaps and able to play 18 holes of golf. To our winners Ewan and Jack huge congratulations and to Charlie Thomson and Jamie Hannah well done on getting to the final.

In the Ladies Championship match Katy Burden beat Margaret Chapman. Congratulations to Katy on retaining her title and commiserations to Margaret.
